The Doyle Group LLC was established in 1999 by Geoff Doyle as a licensed private investigative firm with its principal offices in New York and New Jersey in order to provide premier investigative services to law firms, corporations, domestic and international financial institutions, and top tier consulting firms. In 2003 Geoff Doyle joined an international investigative and consulting services firm where in 2004 he founded and managed the firm’s new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practice. This practice built and provided teams of investigators to financial institutions and “Big Four” accounting firms responding to regulatory mandated AML remediation orders. Beginning in 2004 Geoff and his colleagues began to build a database of the most qualified and experienced anti-money laundering investigators available for AML project work that became and remains the anchor of its AML services. During the next three years they provided teams and fully staffed remediation projects at numerous international financial institutions including, among others, a large Northern European Bank, a large Japanese Bank, a mid-Atlantic super regional bank, a large German bank, a large US private bank, and a large UK and Far East centered bank.
In 2008 Geoff Doyle left that firm to reconstitute The Doyle Group in order to continue to serve both his AML and investigative clients in a manner consistent with the reputation established over the previous nine years. Since then, Geoff and his colleagues have provided exceptional AML investigative teams to numerous large international banks as well as domestic financial institutions of all sizes across the United States in addition to premium investigative services to myriad legal, corporate and private clients.

After more than 12 years working with Geoff Doyle and seven years in the active management of Doyle Carden Group, Bill decided to retire at the end of 2016, although he remains affiliated with the firms in an advisory capacity.

Doyle Carden Group (DCG) has placed more than 800 professionals on AML projects to help banks and financial services customers satisfy regulatory mandates. Our AML Investigators and Analysts are experienced in a variety of AML software applications. DCG’s consultant pool is comprised of independent contractors with unimpeachable integrity and unparalleled investigative and analytical experience. Our core members are former and retired federal investigators from the FBI, IRS-CID, US Postal Inspection Service, and ICE; former bankers; and former federal regulators.
Successful prior AML project work by any individual is a key indicator of future success. DCG knows the individuals who have been successful working with various AML applications and on past AML projects. These professionals are knowledgeable and project “tested.” They have functioned in roles as BSA and OFAC Case/Alert Analysts and Investigators, SAR Writers, QA Reviewers, UAT Output Analysts, KYC Analysts, EDD Investigators, as well as AML and corporate program monitors.
At DCG, we do not believe that a client should pay for a consultant’s on-the-job training and we do not create a team by blending a few experienced placements with young inexperienced associates. Regardless of the AML or investigative role they are expected to fill, DCG consultants are the most competent and experienced AML resources in the industry and they are ready to “hit the ground running” when they arrive on a project.
